At JET ED Consulting, we carefully plan each retreat to provide a meaningful and supportive experience for all participants. Due to the advance planning, venue commitments, and limited availability, all retreat registrations are considered final.
No Returns or Refunds
All retreat registration fees are non-refundable. Once a registration has been completed and payment has been received, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or credits for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Changes in personal circumstances
- Scheduling conflicts
- Travel delays or cancellations
- Illness or injury
- Failure to attend all or part of the retreat
Transfer of Registration
If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your registration to another individual. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing at least 14 days prior to the retreat start date and are subject to approval by JET ED Consulting.
JET ED Consulting reserves the right to deny transfer requests when necessary or if the replacement participant does not meet the retreat requirements.
Retreat Cancellation by JET ED Consulting
If JET ED Consulting cancels a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered one of the following:
- A full refund of the registration fee, or
- The option to transfer the registration to a future retreat.
JET ED Consulting is not responsible for reimbursing participants for airfare, hotel accommodations, transportation, meals, or any other travel-related expenses incurred outside of the retreat registration fee. We strongly encourage participants to purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations or disruptions.
Participant Responsibility
Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel, lodging (if applicable), and ensuring they are able to attend the retreat as scheduled.
